We want you to love your Elevodia order. If it is not right for you, you are covered by our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Please give it at least 14 days first, so you have time to try the product properly. After that, if you are not happy, email us at support@elevodia.com within 60 days of delivery and we will help you with a refund.

How to start a return

Email support@elevodia.com with your order number. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before you have heard from us, as parcels sent without a return request cannot be matched to an order.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we refund you on your original payment method within 7 business days. Original shipping fees are not refundable.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Email us as soon as possible.

Damaged or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 72 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will make it right.
