Over 40 and Just Want to Get Through a Shift Without Heel Pain?
Keep your insoles. The Elevodia Arch Method is designed to work the muscles under your arch. 5 minutes a day.
First steps out of bed without bracing for the pain
Sleep through the night without your heels waking you
Walk further without your feet cutting it short
One foot on a small wobble makes your arch muscles work
Insoles hold your arch. This teaches it to hold itself.
Rachel Bennett
I just wanted my mornings back.
My first steps were the worst, and I was tired of trying new shoes and stretches. I liked that I could keep my insoles and just add Elevodia at home. Now I’m back to enjoying my morning walks without thinking about my heel all the time.
Claire Donnelly
Much easier than I expected.
I worried about my balance and thought it might be complicated. Starting seated and then using the counter made it feel manageable. No app, no long routine. It’s become something simple I can actually stick with.
Helen Brooks
I’m saying yes to things again.
I used to think about how far I’d have to walk or stand before making plans. Now I’m back to longer walks, shopping and days out with my family without planning everything around my feet.
I've tried everything. Why would this be different?
Your insoles and shoes hold your arch up. That helps. But nothing you tried worked the small muscles under your arch, so the pain comes back when you stop. The Elevodia Arch Method is designed to work those muscles. It adds the missing part. It doesn't replace what already helps you.
Flat surfaces make my pain worse. Won't this hurt?
That's about wearing flat shoes all day. This is different. It's 5 minutes, and you start sitting down, so there's very little weight on your foot at first. Your heel rests on a plate that doesn't move. Only the front of the board tilts a little. Your insoles go right back in after. If anything hurts, stop.
Do I have to stop wearing my insoles?
No. Keep wearing them. They hold your arch up, and that helps. The Elevodia Arch Method is designed to strengthen the small muscles under your arch, the ones your insoles have been doing the job for. The goal is feet that do more of the work themselves, so you're not relying on your insoles alone. 5 minutes at home, then your insoles go right back in.
Is it safe for me?
You start sitting down. Then you stand with one hand on your kitchen counter. If it hurts, stop. The board holds up to 300 lbs. If you have a heart condition, arthritis, lupus or another health issue, ask your doctor first. It's not for you if you can't stand on your feet yet, or if your balance is poor even with support.
Will I actually keep doing it?
That's why we made it simple. You set the pegs once for each routine. No app, no account, no changing setups halfway. Just 5 minutes a day at your counter. Give it a few weeks. For many women it can take a couple of months to feel the change.
Heel pain made me think about things I never used to notice: where I parked, how long I’d have to stand and whether a walk was worth it. I wasn’t looking for another miracle. I liked how realistic Elevodia felt. Keep using what helps, add a simple routine at home and get on with your day. I’m finally saying yes to longer days out again instead of planning everything around my feet.
★★★★★
I’d started believing it was simply part of getting older.
I’m a teacher, so avoiding standing isn’t really an option. I liked that Elevodia didn’t promise a miracle or tell me to throw away the things that already help. It was simply something practical I could add at home. My goal wasn’t to become athletic. I wanted to finish work and still feel like going somewhere with my family afterwards.
★★★★★
I genuinely thought it was just another plastic gadget.
I’ve bought enough things that ended up unused, so I was cautious. What surprised me was how straightforward Elevodia is. I don’t need an app or a giant exercise program. I keep it by the counter, do the routine and move on with my day. The biggest change is feeling like I’m finally doing something for my feet instead of endlessly searching for another pair of shoes.
★★★★★
I was tired of always ending up back at square one.
My heel would improve, I’d stop thinking about it, and eventually it would bother me again. I wanted something simple enough to become part of normal life. I keep Elevodia beside the counter so I actually remember to use it. What I really want is to enjoy longer days out and another walking holiday without constantly worrying about how my feet will feel.
★★★★★
I thought my balance was too poor for something like this.
At 61, a balance board sounded intimidating. Being able to start seated made a big difference. Once I felt comfortable, I moved to standing while holding the counter. I never felt like I had to prove anything. I just wanted to keep walking, shopping and doing normal everyday things without feeling like I had to become less active as I got older.
★★★★★
Much easier than the exercises I used to avoid.
I’d been given exercises before, but there were so many little things to remember that eventually I stopped. Elevodia has been much easier to fit into my day. I leave it near the counter, do my routine and I’m done. No app and no huge program. The biggest win has been getting back to longer walks with my husband instead of automatically saying no.
★★★★★
I could keep the insoles that already help me.
I’m on my feet most of the day and rely on supportive shoes, so I didn’t want anything telling me to give them up. With Elevodia I could keep using them and simply add the routine at home. I started seated because my balance isn’t brilliant, then moved to using the counter. It feels manageable, and getting through a long day without constantly thinking about my feet means a lot.
★★★★★
Finally something simple enough to stick with.
I’d already tried different shoes, inserts and stretches, so I was sceptical about another product. What I liked was that I didn’t have to stop using my insoles. I simply added Elevodia at home for a few minutes. No app and no complicated routine. The best part for me has been getting back to enjoying my morning walks without constantly thinking about my heel.
Why your heel pain keeps coming back
You've done the right things. Good shoes. Insoles. Stretches. The frozen water bottle. They help for a while. Then the pain comes back.
Here's why. Your insoles hold your arch up all day. That's good. But the small muscles under your arch never have to do their job, so they never get stronger.
The moment the support stops, the strain lands back on your heel.
It's not your age. And it's not you. Your insoles are doing their part. Nothing has been doing the other part.
With your insoleYour insole holds your arch up.Without itThe muscles underneath never learned to.
How the Elevodia Arch Method works
Your heel rests on the back of the board. The front part moves a little under your forefoot.
That small wobble is the point. To keep the board level, the small muscles in your foot have to work. The Elevodia Arch Method is designed to work exactly those muscles, the ones your insoles have been doing the job for.
One foot at a time, so the other foot can't help.
Start sitting down. Then stand with one hand on your counter. 5 minutes a day. When you're done, your insoles go right back in.
How to use it
Every board comes with the Elevodia Arch Method Guide and free follow-along videos. No app. No account.
1
Pick your exercise
Start with exercise 1 in the guide. It shows which exercise is for which pain.
2
Set the bars like the picture
Once per exercise. No changing setups halfway.
3
Sit down first
Put one foot on the board. When it feels easy, stand up with one hand on your counter.
4
Follow the free video
Scan the code in the guide and follow along. 5 minutes a day.
Then your insoles go right back in for the rest of the day.
Your questions, answered
How long until I notice a difference?
Many people notice it feels easier and steadier within the first week. How your heels feel can take a few more weeks. That's why you get 60 days to try it.
How often should I use it?
5 minutes a day, most days of the week. Short and often is easier to keep up than long and once in a while. Start sitting down, and only stand when it feels easy.
My physio already gave me exercises.
Good, keep doing them. Most people stop because the exercises are hard to keep up. The guide makes it simple: set the bars once, 5 minutes at your counter, with a video to follow. If your physio gave you something specific, ask them if this fits alongside it.
Will it hold my weight?
Yes. It holds up to 300 lbs. You start sitting down, and your heel rests on a steady back plate the whole time.
What's included?
The Elevodia Arch Trainer (two-part board), the bars to set up each exercise, the Elevodia Arch Method Guide, and free follow-along videos (scan the code in the guide). For Two gets 2 boards and For the Family gets 3, each with its own guide.
Is shipping free? How long does it take?
Yes, shipping is free on every order. Your order ships within 1 to 3 business days and arrives in 7 to 13 business days. You get a tracking link by email, and you can check it anytime on our Track Your Order page.
What if it's not for me?
Try it for 60 days. If it's not for you, email support@elevodia.com and we'll refund you. No app sessions, no forms, no hoops. You don't need to send the board back. One refund per customer and address.
Do I need an app or an account?
No. Everything is in the guide and the videos. Scan the code and press play.

I was concerned I would expect too much from Elevodia. I missed the company on walks I had started turning down. At 63, I am happy to take a little time to find what fits my day. Keeping my expectations modest has made it easier to appreciate a steadier routine. I have started saying yes to the shorter route with a friend.

A more realistic start
I wondered whether I had left it too late to start another habit. My usual walks had become less appealing when my feet ached. Using Elevodia has given me a manageable starting point. I am making time for short outings again instead of giving up on them altogether. I have kept my expectations fairly ordinary. A little more willingness to get on with my day is enough to appreciate. I am glad I made some space for myself.

A little more confidence
I did not want another complicated thing to think about. My feet made the standing parts of an outing hard to look forward to. Elevodia has become a familiar part of looking after myself. I feel more confident planning an outing with sensible breaks. Some days are easier than others, and I still plan breaks. I like having a routine that feels like my own choice. I like having it in my routine, although consistency is still a work in progress.

I had abandoned other routines and worried I would do the same here. Discomfort kept getting in the way of the things I wanted to do. At 42, I am happy to take a little time to find what fits my day. I have been more consistent with Elevodia than I expected. Making a little time for myself feels worthwhile again.

A little time well spent
After busy days, foot discomfort made it tempting to stop making plans. I worried that another routine would be one more demand on my time. I am putting more thought into the everyday activities I want to keep enjoying. Elevodia has given me a small habit that feels worth keeping. I still have days when I need to slow down. Glad I gave it time
I was sceptical of another purchase promising to make life easier. I missed weekends that were not planned around sore feet. At 42, I am happy to take a little time to find what fits my day. What I appreciate about Elevodia is having a routine I feel willing to return to. I am more open to a gentle day out with my family. There was no dramatic overnight change. What matters to me is feeling able to keep a useful habit going.

Glad to have a routine
I thought I might forget about Elevodia once the initial enthusiasm wore off. Getting moving after sitting was not something I looked forward to. At 66, I am happy to take a little time to find what fits my day. It has stayed part of my week, and I am pleased about that. I am making more room for gentle movement between the usual jobs.

Keeping the goal modest
I was worried I would end up comparing myself with people who were much more active. Shopping had started to feel like more effort than enjoyment. At 63, I am happy to take a little time to find what fits my day. Elevodia has helped me focus on keeping my own routine consistent. A short trip out followed by a coffee feels like a perfectly good plan.

Something for my own day
Foot discomfort made the days when I was busy helping everyone else feel longer. I wondered if I could find any time for Elevodia at all. I have managed to protect a little time for it in my routine. It feels good to give my own wish to stay active some attention. Some days are easier than others, and I still plan breaks. I like having a routine that feels like my own choice.

Small plans feel possible
I missed the easy feeling of heading out without overthinking my feet. I was hesitant to spend time on something that might sit unused. I feel more willing to suggest a small outing instead of waiting at home. I am actually returning to Elevodia regularly, which is a change for me. Keeping my familiar routine
I was reluctant to change everything when I already had insoles I liked. Even brief trips out used to make me think about my sore feet. At 48, I am happy to take a little time to find what fits my day. I have found a place for Elevodia in my day without making it my whole day. Being more willing to pop out for a few things means a lot.
