Processing

Dispatched within 24 hours. During very busy periods this can occasionally take a little longer.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Address changes

Please check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us within 24 hours of ordering. We cannot resend or refund an order sent to an incorrect address that was not reported within 24 hours.

Customs and import charges

Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may be charged on delivery. These are set by your local customs authority.

Lost or delayed parcels

We are not responsible for courier delays, or for parcels lost or stolen after tracking shows them as delivered. If something looks wrong, email us and we will help you look into it.
